Welcome BOINC Pentathlon participants. Note that if you haven't participated in NFS@Home recently and are having trouble queuing work, then complete a few workunits and send them back. The server doesn't send much work to machines that haven't returned any recently. |

Why are tasks being canceled by the server prior to the deadline just to be put back in the queue? Tasks downloaded less than 12 hours ago. |

I joined to help out for the Pentathlon and bunkered a few days worth of work units. Once it was time to send them back I had no trouble doing that and at first got a few work units to complete but after an hour those were gone and I couldn't get anymore. I would guess the servers are simply overloaded and can't send out work units. I noticed loading any pages related to NFS are also really slow to load when they do finally load. It took a few tries to get to this forum. |
