Description | There are always some demands for ultra-mini wireless speakers because they are very portable and also has much lower prices. I've tried some of the tiny speakers such as the JBL Clip , Bassboomz or Jellyfish Music Cube , some are good and some are horrible. It plays loud enough to provide music for a small get-together, or to listen to a ball game at a picnic with a half-dozen people, but once the conversation gets going, the UE Mini Boom may get drowned out—especially if you're outdoors. It really is impressively loud. I often leave it on the coffee table and play music when friends are over. They can't figure out where it's coming from for the life of them and are always surprised when I show them it's this thing. It seems that the bluetooth version maintains the same sound quality, volume and (pretty amazingly) battery life of the original speaker, but with bluetooth capabilities. It sounds silly, but my favourite feature of the Blufiniti is that the volume controls on the speaker, and the volume controls on the phone work together. This means that there's no constant switching between the buttons on your phone and the speaker in order to get the perfect loudness. It sounds wonderful on top of all of that, with detailed highs, clear mids, and above-average bass for its size. It could stand to sound better at lower volumes, but what's here doesn't get distorted either. If you're willing pay for an outdoorsy step-up from the Voombox Ongo above, this is the box to buy. It takes a lot of acoustic know-how to deliver great sound from a small system. And we've used every technological trick we know to make sure that T7 packs an amazing sonic punch for such a little speaker. It was a demo at the 2015 International CES, the big tech trade show last week in Las Vegas. Fugoo says the wireless Bluetooth speaker is rugged enough to withstand mud, snow, water, and shock. It utilizes twin 2.2 inch full range drivers as well as two 2.2 x 3.8 inch passive woofers. With its larger drivers, the Big Jambox is able to turn out 60 to 20,000 Hz and a reported maximum of over 100 dB. This makes it the loudest wireless speaker in our roundup.
