Deadline grace period

Posted 13 Apr 2015 by MaynardVizzutti Post: Sorry if this has been answered, but I did not find it. BOINC hasn't started some NFS tasks even though it's about 18 hours until deadline. An article lead me to believe it would take action to complete the tasks one day before the deadline, but the algorithm did not do so. Some projects have a grace period beyond the deadlines. Does this project have one? The tasks in question are 14e Lattice Sieve 1.08 (notphenomiix6). Thanks. |
