Whenever I don't want to receive tasks for NFS@home, for whenever I am gaming and stuff, it proceeds to get new tasks no matter what. As if suspending the project, or No New Tasks doesn't do anything in BOINC. Was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Even when the project is suspended, it unsuspends itself and starts crunching in the background, same with downloading and uploading tasks. Was wondering if anyone has found a solution to this issue.

Running BOINC 7.16.11 on Win 10.

I think you have project attached via boinc account manager.
Enable no new tasks there and sync account manager.
