It is not the cruncher's fault. The series of work units whose names start with C222_125_92 (and not C222_125_92b, which is C222_125_92's replacement) is bad and are failing on multiple computers. The already-released bad work units will have to work through the system until they fail enough times to be automatically removed from the system for failing too many times, or someone goes in to manually cancel the bad work units.
