I've upgraded my PC to Windows 10 ,and ZERO new tasks received since then. And I've reset the program several times,and it's still nothing other than some PNG files downloaded.
Is there any solution?

A new installation of BOINC 7.6.6 seems to work fine with the x64 version of Windows 10. Perhaps uninstall your current BOINC and install the newer version?
