I am having problems uploading only some tasks. I am getting "HTTP error". Anyone else getting this?

There has been one other report of this. Does your error look like

NFS@Home Temporarily failed upload of : HTTP error

If so, let me know which workunit(s) are causing the problem, and I'll see if I can track it down.

Hmm. No change. Still fails with the same error message.

In the error message, it is named "S6p331_255518_0_0" (extra "0").

This is a BOINC issue and is not NFS@Home specific. There was a lot of debugging of this issue over at SIMAP with no resolution. They surmised with no real explanation that some part of the network did not like the file and prematurely terminated the transfer. As over there, everything looks fine on my end, and I even have most of the result file. The good news is that with NFS, the partial results are useful. The bad news, however, is that the only way to resolve it appears to be to cancel the upload.

Sorry,
Greg

I'm having upload problems, too:

14.12.2009 21:00:45 NFS@Home [error] Error reported by file upload server: [S10p268_131289_0_0] locked by file_upload_handler PID=21321
14.12.2009 21:00:45 NFS@Home Temporarily failed upload of S10p268_131289_0_0: transient upload error

14.12.2009 21:00:45 NFS@Home Backing off 2 hr 21 min 38 sec on upload of S10p268_131289_0_0

Any advice? ;-))

Try it again now. If it doesn't work, then just cancel the upload.

Oops, sorry... I have aborted the upload already. Next time I'll wait a bit longer.
