That happens on a restart from a bad checkpoint. For some reason, the write of the last lines to the file were truncated. Unless it's happening very often, you can ignore it. On a host with 4 GB memory, I recommend disabling the lasievef and lasieve5f apps in your NFS@Home preferences.

I've had a few of these as well, but I have plenty of free ram(16GB).
