The question here is: when will this app be released for platforms other than Linux? And what are the differences between this and the conventional 16e lattice sieve? Freywa on FIMFiction |

Hopefully I will have time to work on 32-bit Linux and 64-bit Mac in a few weeks. Windows, tho, is unclear. This is just a somewhat newer version of the codebase. It allows sieving over larger q and uses a little less memory. |

Hello - Being new to NFS, I just checked the box and kept expecting to eventually get some '16e Lattice Sieve V5' work, but it appears there is no app for Windows? I'm running Win7-64. Thanks in advance for any information. |

Nevermind, sorry, I looked where I should have in the first place and found my answer! Here's to wishing for such an app though! ;) |

Nevermind, sorry, I looked where I should have in the first place and found my answer! If you have enough memory per thread, something like 1.2GB, you can then install VirtualBox with Ubuntu on it so you can have access to the 16e V5 application. Carlos Pinho |
